Steelers flip late picks in deal for Raiders WR Switzer … Pittsburgh has acquired WR Ryan Switzer from Oakland. In return the teams will flip 5th and 6th round picks with Oakland getting Pittsburgh’s 5th, while the Steelers will get the Raiders’ 6th.
