Who’s#4??? … As noted in a post earlier this week, the sample size is still a bit too small to be posting the full first-round selection order for the opening round of the 2019 draft as it stands this week. However, were the draft to be held this week, the league’s three remaining winless teams would pick 1-2-3 with Arizona first, Houston second and Oakland third. We can now add that Indianapolis would pick 4th were the draft held today as the Colts currently have the weakest strength of schedule figure (.458) of the 12 teams with 1-2 records. Meanwhile Seattle and San Francisco, who have the same strength of schedule number (.479), would split picks 5-6. At the same time, Buffalo, Dallas and Detroit are tied for the 7-8-9 spots with a .500 SOS, while the New York Jets would round out the top 10 with a .510 SOS number.
