Torn Achilles devastates draft hopes of UDub CB Jones … Washington CB Sidney Jones, a mid-first round prospect for the 2017 draft, tore an Achilles tendon during today’s pro day at the school. Jones was actually running his final drill of the day when he was injured. Jones will now require surgery and could be sidelined for up to 6 months. Jones will still be drafted, but he is likely to drop into the second day.
