The ‘Other’ SC QB out for extended period … It definitely wasn’t a good week for SC QBs. It was reported earlier today that Southern California sophomore J.T. Daniels will miss the year after tearing an ACL in Saturday’s season-opening win over Fresno State. The news isn’t quite as bad for South Carolina QB Jake Bentley, but he will miss from 6-8 weeks as a result of a broken foot suffered in the Gamecocks’ win over East Carolina on Saturday. Bentley is considered to be a late round or free agent prospect for the 2020 draft.
