Saints to lose that pick for covid violations next year; Raiders don’t … Pro Football Talk is reporting at this hour that according to the NFL New Orleans will in fact be forfeiting a draft pick for violating the league’s covid policy but not until the 2022 draft. The Saints will lose their 6th round pick next year for celebrating in their locker room after a game with multiple players and coaches not wearing masks. It had earlier been reported that the Saints would be losing the pick this year, however, when the league released the full selection order for next month’s draft yesterday the supposedly forfeited pick was still there. There was a similar situation with Las Vegas, but the league has confirmed that the Raiders will not be losing a 2022 pick.
