Raiders tap Pats for coach, G.M. … Las Vegas will reportedly become the latest team to tap into the Patriots pipeline (presumably because so many other teams have gone there before and had such great success) to fill their vacant head coach and G.M. roles. The Raiders are reportedly putting the finishing touches on deals with Patriots’ offensive co-ordinator Josh McDaniels to become head coach and New England’s director of player personnel Dave Ziegler to replace Mike Mayock as general manager.
