IU QB Rourke has surgery; Tide S out for ‘awhile’ … A couple of injury updates in college football. Rising Indiana QB Kurtis Rourke, who leads all of college football in passing efficiency this fall, has surgery on his injured thumb yesterday. The bad news for the 7-0 and 16th ranked Hoosiers is that Rourke won’t play this Saturday when Indiana plays at Washington; the good news though is that could be the only game that he actually misses. Meanwhile, Alabama S Keon Babb, one of the better safeties in the 2025 draft class, will miss some time with an undisclosed lower-leg injury. And it could be quite awhile if as has been rumored he actually suffered a broken foot. Stay tuned.
