CFL Semi-finals set to KO … Just to remind folks, the CFL decides the two participants in next week’s Grey Cup championship game with a pair of semi-finals set to go this afternoon. Edmonton will play at Hamilton at 1 PM ET for the Eastern berth in the Grey Gup, while Saskatchewan will host Winnipeg at 4:30 PM ET in the Western conference final. Both CFL semi-finals will be telecast on TSN in Canada; the Eastern final will be on ESPNNews in the U.S., while the Western final will be on ESPN2. The winners of today’s game will meet in the 107th edition of the Grey Cup game in Calgary next Sunday. The Canadian college championship will also be decided next weekend when Montreal plays Calgary in the Vanier Cup in Quebec City on Saturday. Montreal advanced to the title game by knocking off Acadia in one national semi-final, while Calgary booked its ticket to the Vanier Cup by defeating McMaster.
