Browns 4th rounder injured; season in doubt … Cleveland CB Howard Wilson, a 4th round pick at last month’s draft, broke his kneecap during the team’s minicamp on Friday. Wilson will reportedly undergo surgery in the next week or so and could possibly miss the upcoming season.

Pack journo packs it in … Veteran Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter Bob McGinn, the paper’s Packer beat reporter is retiring. In addition to covering the Packers, McGinn was also arguably the best beat reporter in the league when it came to covering the draft. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
Texas Tech WR Giles heads elsewhere … Texas Tech junior WR Jonathan Giles, one of the leading receivers in the country last fall, has decided to transfer.
