Bruins’ WR latest to enter draft … UCLA junior WR Kyle Philips, who led the Bruins in receiving in each of the past three seasons, has announced that he will be entering the upcoming draft. The 5-11, 195, who is also a very good PR, had 59 receptions for over 700 yards and 10 scores this fall.
