Cards keeping options open; meet with DE Bosa … Its hard to find anyone around the NFL these days that doesn’t believe that Arizona won’t ultimately take Oklahoma QB Kyler Murray with the #1 pick at next month’s draft, although the Cardinals themselves keep insisting that they haven’t made a final decision yet. And the Cards threw everyone a bit of a curveball yesterday with word that they were meeting privately with Ohio State DE Nick Bosa in Miami last evening. Bosa is of course generally considered to be one of the top overall non-QB prospects for the upcoming draft and would address one of Arizona’s major needs this off-season, although as a true 4-3 DE he might not be an ideal fit in the Cardinals’ new 3-4 D. Meanwhile, we won’t know for sure until April 25th, but it appears that one of the hottest prospects in this year’s draft is Florida OT Jawaan Taylor who is beginning to generate some legitimate top ten buzz. Taylor, for example, has four pre-draft visits lined up and three of them are with Tampa Bay, Jacksonville and Buffalo, which have the 5th, 7th and 9th picks respectively on the 25th.
