Browns makes more personnel staff moves … Earlier this week, Cleveland announced several key moves in their evolving personnel department. Ken Kovash, who spent the past three years as the team’s director of football research, has formally taken over as the Browns’ VP of Player Personnel, while Mike Cetta becomes Director of Scouting, Kevin Meers is the new Director of Research and Strategy and Chisom Opara takes over as Director of Player Personnel. At the same time, both Dan Saganey and Bobby Vega were named Director of Scouting, while Glenn Cook will serve as the new Assistant Director of Scouting after spending the past four years with the Packers
