QBs go 1-2 in pre-Christmas mock

QBs go 1-2 in post-season mock … With the college football now in the books it seemed like as a time as any to take another shot at projecting the opening round of the 2023 draft, which is now just 117 days away. As noted in the post releasing the GBN’s latest Big Board earlier this week, its really hard these days getting a sense of what’s going on at the top of boards around the league, so we pretty much stuck to the script with Houston selecting Alabama QB Bryce young with the first pick overall and Seattle taking Ohio State C.J. Stroud at #2 with a pick acquired from Denver. In fact, we’ve got 4 QBs going in the first 9 picks with Carolina selecting Will Levis with the 6th pick, while Indianapolis grabs Florida’s Anthony Richardson at #9. Here’s the full first-round projection.
