Spartan DE to redshirt; will return in 2021 … Veteran Michigan State DE Jacub Panasiuk has told team officials that he intends to sit out the 2020 season because of concerns about the coronavirus. Panasiuk, though, has also indicated that he will take a redshirt and return for his senior season with the Spartans in 2021. The 6-3, 245-pound Panasiuk had 34 tackles including 5 sacks and 6 other tackles for loss last fall and is considered to be a decent late round or free agent prospect whenever he does enter the draft.
