Browns clinch top pick; 49ers #2 … The drama went down to the end, but Cleveland finally clinched the #1 pick overall at the 2017 draft following a 26-23 overtime loss in Pittsburgh. In fact, the Browns had opportunity after opportunity to beat the Steelers for their second win of the year but it was not to be. Instead, the Browns finish the year at 1-15 and will have the first pick in every round next April. San Francisco will pick second, followed by Chicago at #3, Jacksonville at #4, Tennessee, with a pick from the LA Rams at #5, the New York Jets at #6 and San Diego #7, while Carolina, Cincinnati and Buffalo will round out the top 10 in the opening round.
