Top OLB prospect headlines first batch of Senior Bowl acceptances … The Senior Bowl has announced the first group of 20 players who have accepted invitations to this year’s game in Mobile in January. Headlining this initial list is star Kentucky OLB Josh Allen, a potential mid-first-round draft pick, who is currently third in nation in 13 sacks. A pair of Big Ten QBs have also accepted invitations to the game as both Trace McSorley of Penn State and Northwestern’s Clayton Thorson will be in Mobile this January.
