Witching hour for roster deadline … The 4 PM ET deadline for all teams to be down to their initial 53-man roster limit is just a couple of minutes away as we speak. In fact, only a half dozen or so teams have actually reported their moves so far, but that’s pretty normal. Fact is teams have to have made their cuts by 4 PM but there is no rule that states when they actually have to announce their moves. And, if history, is any guide there’ll be a team or two that doesn’t actually announce their picks until later this evening. Stay tuned!
