Who to watch in college football: September 27th … After something of a quiet weekend in college football, things really pick-up this week with a spate of really good games including a huge early season Big Ten match-up with #3 Penn State hosting #6 Oregon. Otherwise, the mantra in college football this weekend could be ‘go south young man’ with three key SEC games including #17 Alabama at #5 Georgia, as well as #4 LSU hosting #13 Mississippi and Auburn at #9 Texas A&M. However, folks probably need to keep their clickers handy as the Penn State-Oregon and Alabama-Georgia games go head-to-head Saturday evening on competing networks, while the other two SEC games are both at 3:30 PM ET that afternoon.
