Who to watch in college football: October 4th … Its something of a quiet weekend coming up in college football with only a couple of games involving ranked teams. One of those games – #3 Miami at #18 Florida State on Saturday evening – represents a huge road test for the 3rd ranked Hurricanes who have a couple more top 5 prospects for the upcoming draft after QB Cam Ward was taken first overall this past April. And what we like to do on weekends when there aren’t necessarily many other absolutely must-see college games is check in on prospects who maybe don’t get that much national TV time. Here’s who we’ll be watching in college football this weekend with an eye toward the 2026 draft.
