Hang in there … In addition to the several franchise tags that were announced yesterday, there were several other veteran moves around the league that could impact what their respective teams might do at the draft. The LA Chargers, for example, resigned star WR Mike Williams to a multi-year contract, while Tennessee re-upped dynamic edge rusher Harold Landry. At the same time, in addition to trading away Russell Wilson, Seattle released veteran LB Bobby Wagner, who had been the leader of that defense for years … USC WR Drake London reportedly will not work out at the team’s pro day on March 23rd, but instead will have a private workout on April 5th. London, one of the top 2-3 prospects at the position for the upcoming draft, and a legit top ten guy if healthy, is recovering from a fractured foot suffered late last season.
