Vikes add 2nd first rounder from Texans … Minnesota now has a second first round pick at the 2024 draft as the Vikings have traded their 2nd rounder this year (#42), along with a 6th round pick this year (#188) and a 2025 2nd rounder to Houston for the 23rd pick, which the Texans had acquired from Cleveland in the DeShaun Watson deal and a 7th round pick, #232 which the Texans just acquired from San Francisco in the trade for DT Maliek Collins. The Vikings are vehemently denying it publicly, its hard not to figure that they are trying to put together a package to move up into the top 5 picks this coming April in order to select a QB.
