URI WR enters draft … It actually happened a couple of weeks ago, but there are reports that Rhode Island junior WR Isaiah Coulter filed paperwork in order to be entered in the 2020 draft. Coulter is an underrated prospect who had 72 receptions for over 1,000 yards and 8 scores and could go as high as the middle rounds this coming April.
