Updated, updated 3-round mock posted … Once again we weren’t actually planning on updating the GBN 3-round mock for the 2022 draft until sometime early next month. However, with all the stuff that went on at the end of this past week we didn’t have much choice as it pretty much put that version out of date. And, again as we have noted in the past, the point of the exercise is NOT to try and predict which team is going to select which players at various points in the draft. Heck, we don’t even have a particularly good sense of who Jacksonville is going to take with the first pick overall and our chances of hitting on any later picks just goes downhill from there. The sense we are trying to get at though is what kind of players are going to be available at the different stages of the draft. Fact is, we could just as easily change a pick or two at the top of the draft and what follows would very likely look quite different. Until the next big trade then!!!
