Irish OG Kraemer out 4-6 weeks … Updating the report from earlier this week noting that Notre Dame JR OG Tommy Kraemer, one of the top prospects at the position for the 2020 draft, had to be helped off the field in Saturday night’s loss at Michigan with what appeared to be a knee injury. There was good and bad news for Kraemer after he underwent an MRI today. The good is that he only sprained the MCL and not the ACL, which would have been season ending. However, Kraemer is still likely to miss 4-6 weeks, meaning that he will be out for the remainder of the regular season. For the record, Kraemer is the 3rd ranked OG on the latest GBN positional ranking. Meanwhile, Arkansas OT Colton Jackson, a late round or priority free agent prospect for the upcoming draft, has decided to retire from football because of a lingering back issue.
