NFL announces list of draft eligible underclassmen … The NFL released the formal list of underclassmen eligible to enter the 2024 draft earlier today. The list includes a total of 58 players, including 54 who needed special permission to enter the upcoming draft and 4 who had already graduated and didn’t need special entry. That total, though, in fact is well below those in recent years. Indeed, in contrast, 82 underclassmen were accorded special entry to last year’s draft, while the figure was around 100 in both 2022 and 2021.
