UGA S LeCounte injured in post-game traffic accident … Star Georgia FS Richard LeCounte, one of the top prospects at the position for the 2021 draft, was injured in a multi-car traffic accident after the team returned to Athens from their game at Kentucky on Saturday evening. LeCounte was reportedly driving a motorcycle and was hit by at least two cars and according to his mother ‘is lucky to be alive!’ although it does not appear that his injuries are either life or career-threatening. LeCounte was transported to hospital and is reportedly in stable condition with a shoulder injury, bruised ribs and several cuts and scrapes. However, he did not suffer any broken bones and will not require surgery, but is expected to miss time with the 5th ranked Bulldawgs.
