UGA DT declares for draft

UGA DT declares for draft … Georgia junior DT Christian Miller became the first underclassmen from the 4 losing CFP quarter-finalists to announce that he will be foregoing his remaining eligibility and entering the 2026 draft where he projects to either a late-first or early second round prospect. In an unrelated college move, Drew Mestemaker, who led all of college football in pass yards at North Texas this past season, became the first of what is a small army of QBs who entered this year’s transfer portal, to pick a new school as he signed with Oklahoma State; and if that seems like a bit of an odd choice, Mestemaker will actually be rejoining his former NTU coach Eric Morris who has taken over the Cowboys’ program.
