UDub OT back in action against Ducks … For the record, Washington LT Jaxson Kirkland was back in action for the Huskies in last night’s loss to Oregon. Kirkland, a late first round prospect for the 2022 draft, had missed the past two games with an undisclosed injury and had been listed as out indefinitely. In fact, Kirkland played very well and more than held his own when asked to go one-on-one with star Oregon DE Kayvon Thibodeaux, the consensus top prospect for the upcoming draft. Indeed, Thibodeaux had a relatively quiet night posting just three tackles, including a half TFL, as he was doubled and/or chipped on just about every snap; he also dropped into coverage considerably more often than usual.
