Two Tide stars return; OU OT Evans entering draft … It has been a good week for Alabama which got thumped in Monday night’s national championship game. However, the Tide got some pretty good news with the announcements that star DT Raekwon Davis and CB Trevon Diggs will both return for their seasons next fall. Davis in particular had been rated as a top 15-20 prospect for the upcoming draft. Meanwhile, back-up Alabama junior QB Jalen Hurts also said he will not be entering the draft, but rather has put his name into the NCAA’s transfer protocol in anticipation of a transfer. On the other hand, Oklahoma junior OT Bobby Evans, a second-day prospect for the 2019 draft, has confirmed that he will be entering the draft.
