Two more college players facing off-field issues … Oregon has suspended DE Torrodney Prevot for what is being described as a violation of the school’s code of conduct. Prevot reportedly is under investigation by local police after a former Ducks’ female student-athlete filed a criminal complaint against him alleging that he assaulted her twice in the past year. Meanwhile, Marshall has reportedly dismissed veteran starting safety Tiquan Lang. Lang was charged with misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence, possession of a concealed deadly weapon and possession of a controlled substance after he was found asleep in a running vehicle early yesterday morning. Neither player is considered to be more than a late round prospect at this time, but both do have some upside. The 6-3, 250-pound Prevot only had a couple of sacks last fall, for example, but was hoping for more this fall with more playing time. Lang is a little undersized at barely 5-8, 180, but was very active posting 91 tackles and a couple of picks last fall.
