Two more rooks sign; 7 still to go

Two more rooks sign; 7 still to go … With NFL training camps all set to be open by Tuesday, the pressure on unsigned rookies to come to terms and get on the field continues to grow. In fact, two more rookies signed within the past 24 hours including Minnesota OG Ed Ingram and Tampa bay TE Cade Otton. Ingram was a second round pick by the Vikings while Otton was taken in the 4th round by the Bucs. That leaves just 7 players selected at the 2022 draft still to be signed including three Seattle Seahawks who still have to come to terms with ER Boye Mafe, RB Kenny Walker and CB Coby Bryant. The other unsigned draft picks from 2022 include Baltimore DE David Ojabo, who likely won’t play anyway this fall because of a torn Achilles suffered at his pro day last March, Carolina QB Matt Corral, Minnesota CB Andrew Booth and Chicago safety Jaquan Brisker.
