Trading period into last hour; no deal for Texans’ Watson … There is less than an hour to go before the NFL trade deadline passes and so far there has only been that one minor deal in which Pittsburgh sent Kansas City LB Melvin Ingram for a 6th round pick. Meanwhile, sources in both Houston and Miami say there will be no deal for embattled Texans’ QB DeShaun Watson, at least until the off-season. As we noted yesterday, there really wasn’t a whole lot of pressure on either organization to blink at this time. Miami, for example, is 1-7 and even with Watson wasn’t going to the playoffs this fall.
