QBs Rosen, Darnold opt to enter draft … Talk about ‘big’ draft news. Both Josh Rosen of UCLA and Southern Cal’s Sam Darnold announced on social media earlier this evening they will be entering the 2018 draft. No surprise that Rosen, a junior was coming out, but there has been growing speculation that Darnold, a redshirt sophomore, would return to school, especially after a very disappointing outing in the Trojans’ loss to Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl last week. And with their respective decisions, both Rosen and Darnold will likely be in the discussion to be the first player off the board this coming April.
