Titans part ways with personnel VP … Tennessee has parted ways with VP of Player Personnel Lake Dawson who oversaw the Titans’ pro personnel and college scouting departments. It does not appear that Dawson will be replaced and that going forward Director of College Scouting Blake Beddington and Pro Scouting Coordinator Brian Gardner will report directly to G.M. Rushton Webster.
