Titans axe head coach … In a bit of s surprise move, Tennessee has fired head coach Ken Whisenhunt. Whisenhunt will be replaced by TE coach Mike Mularkey who has had head coaching stints with both Buffalo and Jacksonville. The Titans are currently 1-6 and would have the 2nd overall pick were the 2016 draft held today; in fact, they are very much in the hunt to come away with the #1 pick as they have a worse SOS than Detroit, which also has only one win, but the Titans have played one game less. Tennessee will be at New Orleans this coming weekend.
