Tide CB Jobe to miss playoffs with toe injury … Alabama has confirmed that starting CB Josh Jobe underwent surgery on his toe earlier this week and will not be available for the CFP playoffs. Alabama is scheduled to play Cinciinati on December 31st with the winner to meet the winner of the Georgia-Michigan semi-final on January 10th for the CFP championship. Jobe, who is generally considered to be a second-day prospect for the upcoming draft, has had a turf toe injury much of the second half of the campaign.
