Tide

Health concern could dip Tide LB; other late draft tidbits … NFL.com is reporting that Alabama ILB Reggie Ragland has been medically flagged for having what is described as an enlarged aorta that could cause him to drop on more than teams board for this evening, although it does not sound like a disqualifying condition. Other rumblings on an otherwise quiet pre-draft build-up include those reports indicating that Notre Dame OT Ronnie Stanley remains very much in play for the 3rd pick overall by San Diego. Ole Miss OT Laremy Tusil has normally been pencilled into that slot, but apparently there are teams concerned about Tunsil’s durabilty as he had a tendency to get dinged through his career. Meanwhile, there are some very loud reports that suggest that Memphis QB Paxton Lynch may not go as high as has been projected in recent days. There have also been reports that Cleveland has received numerous calls about the 8th pick overall, although nothing much is likely to happen until the Browns actually get on the clock and teams see what’s actually still on the board.
