Ti-Cats select CMU WR first in CFL draft … Hamilton selected former Central Michigan WR Mark Chapman was the first overall pick in tonight’s CFL draft. After that though it was a Big Ugly fest as 7 of the remaining 8 remaining opening round picks were offensive linemen starting with UConn OT Trey Rutherford who went second overall to Montreal.
