Steelers have trade in place for WR Aiyuk, 49ers still talking … Trying to follow the ongoing saga/soap opera regarding the contract negotiations for san Francisco WR Brandon Aiyuk has been kind of like watching a tennis match. It just keeps going back and forth. The latest – it seems – is that the 49ers have agreed on the parameters of a trade to send Aiyuk to Pittsburgh. However, the 49ers are also reportedly still talking with Aiyuk about a contract extension and supposedly aren’t all that far apart. Unfortunately, though, it is not known exactly what the stumbling block in San Francisco is; its also not known what would be involved in a trade with the Steelers. Stay tuned!
