Steelers get vet LB; swap late round pick with Broncos … Pittsburgh has acquired back-up OLB Malik Reed from Denver in a deal involving one of those now almost standard swap of late-round picks with the Broncos getting a 6th from the Steelers with the Steelers getting a 6th to complete the deal. And wrapping up that earlier deal in which Philadelphia acquired S Chauncey Gardner-Johnson from New Orleans. The Saints will get a 5th round pick in 2023 and the lower of the Eagles two #6s in 2024; Philadelphia had acquired a 2024 pick from Tennessee earlier this month. To complete the deal, the Eagles will get a 7th round pick in 2025. For the record, as far as we can tell that’s the first 2025 pick to have been moved.
