Star Saturday set to kick-off … Fans waiting for tomorrow’ big NFL conference final games can warm up today with two of the three key all-star games set to kick-off later this afternoon. In fact, the East-West Shrine game is set to kick-off within the hour in St. Petersburg at 4 PM ET on the NFL Network, while the NFLPA all-star game is scheduled to start at 6 PM later today in Carson, California with coverage provided by ESPN2. For the record, the Shrine game has the better pro prospects, although neither game has anyone close yo being considered a first round prospect. However, several players have reportedly really helped their causes in practice sessions this week, especially in St. Petersburg where South Carolina State DT Javon Hargrave, Utah State RB Hunter Sharp, WRs Tajae Sharp of UMass and Stanford’s Devon Cajuste, and Stony Brook DE/OLB Victor Ochi have all been mentioned prominently in dispatches.
