Senior Bowl announces first dozen … The Senior Bowl has released the names of the first twelve seniors from around the nation have accepted invitations to the 2017 game. Th initial list includes QBs Seth Russell of Baylor and California’s Davis Webb, along with WRs Cooper Kupp of Eastern Washington, the NCAA’s all-time leading receiver in yardage and touchdowns, Amba Etta-Tawo of Syracuse, North Carolina’s Ryan Switzer and Taywan Taylor of Western Kentucky; TE Gerald Everett from down the street at South Alabama; FB Sam Rogers of Virginia Tech; OGs Taylor Moton of Western Michigan and Kutztown’s Jordan Morgan; Nebraska S Nate Geary; and Arkansas P Toby Baker. This year’s Senior Bowl week begins on January 23rd and concludes with the game on January 28th at 2:30 PM ET at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile. The week’s practices will be televised live on ESPN2 and the game will air on NFL Network.
