Senior Bowl adds Duke’s Jones as last QB

Senior Bowl adds Duke’s Jones; 8 others to complete roster … The Senior Bowl announced earlier today that Duke QB Daniel Jones, a fourth-year junior already with his degree in hand, has accepted an invitation to this year’s Senior Bowl where he will be the eighth and final quarterback on the roster for this year’s game. Jones, who is considered to be a mid-first round prospect for the upcoming draft, will join Ryan Finley of NC State, West Virginia’s Will Grier, Drew Lock of Missouri, Trace McSorley of Penn State, Gardner Minshew of Washington State, Auburn’s Jarrett Stidham, and Clayton Thorson of Northwestern as the QBs on the Senior Bowl roster. Along with Jones, the Senior Bowl completed its roster late this week with the addition of 8 players including Alabama C/G Ross Piersbacher, Mississippi OG Javon Patterson, C Erik McCoy, LB Alaka Otaro and DE Kingsley Keke of Texas A&M, Miami safety Sheldrick Redwine, and WRs Terry McLaurin of Ohio State and UC-Davis’ Keelan Doss. Here is the full Senior Bowl roster as it stands today. The Senior Bowl gets underway on January 21st with the game scheduled for the 26th.
