Another Ducks’ WR in the news as Allen gives up football for track … Oregon junior WR Devon Allen has decided to give up football and pursue a professional track career after he finished fifth in the men’s 110-meter hurdles at this year’s Summer Olympics in Rio. Allen did return to the Ducks after the games, but suffered a season-ending ACL tear in September. Allen had suffered a similar injury in early 2015 when he tore the ACL in the other knee.
