Roster process marches on … With cut-down day now in the books, players who were released prior to yesterday’s deadline can be claimed off waivers until Noon ET today. Then starting at 1 PM ET, teams can begin to sign their practice squads which this year have been increased to 16 players up from 12. New this year too is the fact that each week teams can protect up to 4 players on their practice squads from being claimed by other teams. Also note this year that game day rosters have been increased to a total of 55 players who are available and 48 who can be dressed. Stay tuned!
