Return of Cards’ QB Murray could shake up race to #1 … Arizona head coach Jonathan Gannon indicated to the local press earlier today that QB Kyler Murray, who has been out rehabbing a torn ACL suffered last December, will be taking the first team snaps this week and will be behind center when the Cardinals host Atlanta on Sunday, with the proviso, though, that all in fact goes well at practice this week.And while he’s not likely to single-handedly turn the franchise around, Murray does give the 1-8 Cardinals, who would have the #1 pick if the 2024 draft were held this week, at least the chance to win some games over the course of the final two months of the regular season.
