Browns, Bears have new QBs for stretch run … Both Cleveland and Chicago, which would have the 1st and 3rd picks respectively were the 2017 held this week, will have changes at QB this coming weekend. The Browns, for example, will go back to veteran Josh McCown when they host the Giants on Sunday because rookie Cody Kessler is in the concussion protocol from his second concussion this month. McCown started two games earlier in the year. Meanwhile, there are concerns in Chicago that QB Jay Cutler could require season-ending surgery for a suspected torn labrum in his shoulder. The Bears are expected to start Matt Barkley when they host Tennessee on Sunday. Needless to say both the Browns and Bears are expected to be looking long and hard at QBs when the picking starts at the upcoming draft.
