PSU’s Carter will not work out tomorrow … The agent for Penn State DE Abdul Carter has just confirmed that the former Nittany Lion edge rusher will not be participating at the school’s pro day tomorrow. Carter injured a shoulder during the CFP playoffs and then a stress fracture in one of his feet was discovered by doctors during the medical checks at the combine. Carter has generally been expected to be one of the first 4 players off the board at next month’s draft, but the durability issue may give some teams pause.
