Pro day updates … California QB Jared Goff got most of the headlines from yesterday’s pro day activities with his solid – although not necessarily great – workout with the Bears. However, Goff wasn’t the only prospect who likely helped his grade yesterday. Indeed, several of Goff’s receivers took the opportunity to show the NFL that they had some speed. Same for Akron OLB Jatavis Brown who showed that the impressive athleticism he demonstrated at the Houston regional combine a few weeks back was no mirage. Meanwhile, Navy QB Keenan Reynolds, who one could have made the case was the best player in college football last fall, was off to a nice start at his pro day before being stalled by a hammy issue.
