Pats likely to lose top pick to suspected ACL … New England is expecting that DE Derek Rivers, the Patriots top pick at the 2017 draft, will miss the season after he suffered what is believed to be a torn ACL and sprained LCL. Rivers was a third-round pick from Youngstown State.
